What is the parent panel

Being a parent is one of life’s greatest adventures - full of joy, surprises, and let’s be honest, a few bumps along the way. Even with all the books, gadgets, and well-meaning advice, those early years can feel like a whirlwind. We all have our good days, tough days, and “you won't believe what just happened” kind of days. And that’s exactly why we created our Parent Panel - a welcoming community of parents who share their real-life stories, ideas, and feedback to support both our teams and other families like yours.

Parent Panel FAQs

As a panel member, you’ll help us grow and improve with your little ones in mind. Don’t worry - there’s no pressure. You can choose how much or how little you’d like to be involved. There’s something for everyone

We get it - life’s busy! That’s why we keep things flexible. Most of the time, your contributions will come in the form of short surveys or writing from home, whenever suits you. On average, it’s just 2–3 hours a month.

Our panel brings together parents from all across our Bright Horizons UK nurseries. So, your insights don’t just help one setting, they help shape change across the board.

Looking for something more local to your nursery? Your manager might already have a Parent Nursery Association (PNA) you can join. If not - why not suggest starting one? We’re always up for ideas that bring families together.

By joining the Parent Panel, you’ll help make a real difference for Bright Horizons families. Some opportunities are voluntary, and for others, you’ll be rewarded with Love2Shop vouchers as a thank-you for your time and input.

We'd love to hear from you! Just drop us an email at parentpaneluk@brighthorizons.com and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as we can.
